The first craft is development: web platforms, online stores, business tools, and the programming interfaces that let your systems talk to one another. The second is security: access control, form protection, and the handling of personal information.

They are not sold separately because they are not thought about separately. A site where security comes last is a site that gets rebuilt. Questions of access, data and compliance belong to the design stage, before any code exists.

Before the studio, three years as an analyst in a security operations centre. Monitoring live systems, analysing incidents, learning how an intrusion actually starts — rarely where you would expect.

That is not a line on a profile, it is a way of building. A site from here has no admin account open by default, no unguarded form, no personal information kept in a database nobody needs. This very site has no database at all: it cannot lose one.

The studio works with trusted collaborators — design, writing, development — according to what the project calls for. What you explain once is understood by the people who will build it, and you keep the same contact from the first call to launch.

At the end of a project, the code and the credentials are yours. You can hand the next chapter to someone else without rebuilding anything: that is a starting condition, not a favour.

The studio works with organizations from here: shops, non-profits, firms, small and mid-sized businesses. We work in French and in English, whichever suits you. Québec obligations — Law 25 for personal information, language requirements — are part of the work, not an add-on.
